Our Law Firm provides consultancy in the area of administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 in the phases of identification, analysis and evaluation of business risks, in the phases of preparation, approval and implementation of Organization, Management and Control Models, and for the implementation of the Model, providing support in the information and training activities.
We participate in Supervisory Bodies as established under Decree 231, in order to allow for the proper and effective performance of the duties assigned to those bodies.
