Angela Berinati

Angela is an expert in civil litigation and has a recognized competence in this matter.

She provides consultancy concerning personal data protection, and she participates as a speaker in conferences, congresses and round tables.

She also works on the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, assisting companies in the preparation, implementation and updating of Organization, Management and Control Models.

She is a member of the Corporate Compliance working group of ASLA, the Association of Law Partnerships.

Angela graduated in law at Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Busto Arsizio.
