Il giorno 23 ottobre 2015<\/strong> presso l’hotel Parco dei Principi<\/strong> di Roma ASLA<\/a>, AON<\/a> e ISJAM<\/a> organizzano il convegno sulla Responsabilit\u00e0 Civile e Assicurazione Obbligatoria nella professione forense<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Durante l’incontro verr\u00e0 presentata la monografia<\/strong> dal titolo “La Responsabilit\u00e0 Civile dell’Avvocato e l’Obbligo Assicurativo”<\/em><\/strong> redatta dal gruppo di studio “Litigation in ambito assicurativo<\/strong>” di Asla (Associazione degli Studi Legali Associati) coordinato dallo Studio Ferraro-Giove<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Alla stesura ha contribuito l’avvocato <\/b>Stefania Spinelli<\/a>, nonch\u00e8 gli studi Curtis, Jonesday, Roedl, Simmons e Zunarelli.<\/p>\n
