She deals with&nbsp;<strong>administrative liability of entities&nbsp;<\/strong>pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001, assisting companies in the preparation, implementation and updating of Organization, Management and Control Models, and conducting training for management, employees and associates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She acts as the chairwoman and member of&nbsp;<strong>Supervisory Boards<\/strong>&nbsp;and is a lecturer in university master\u2019s courses on the administrative liability of entities. She holds regular&nbsp;<strong>training courses&nbsp;<\/strong>on that subject and on informed consent in medical matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She provides consultancy regarding&nbsp;<strong>Personal data protection.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is a member of the&nbsp;<em>Corporate Compliance<\/em>&nbsp;working group at ASLA \u2013&nbsp;<em>Association of Law Partnerships<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Micaela graduated in law at Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is a member of the Bar Association of Milan and is registered to practice before the Court of Cassation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Micaela has significant, recognized expertise in both consultancy and litigation, in ordinary and arbitration proceedings.
