Vincenzo Bancone
Former Adjunct Lecturer in Private Law and Lecturer in Non-Profit Organizations at the University of Camerino, Vincenzo has over twenty years of experience in corporate law, private equity, M&A, energy, corporate compliance, and commercial contracts, advising major Italian and international corporate groups and investment funds.
Vincenzo has also developed significant expertise in project finance transactions in the infrastructure sector, with particular focus on the negotiation and drafting of project documentation.
He is further involved in the structuring and planning of asset management operations and serves as legal advisor to numerous third sector organizations.
Vincenzo holds a Second-Level Master’s Degree in European Private Law and Business and Company LawfromSapienza University of Rome and LUISS Guido Carli University, and was aVisiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Lawin Hamburg.
He graduated in law at University of Salerno.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Rome and registered to practice before the Court of Cassation.
