Martina Cesareo


Martina specializes in commercial law, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions.

She primarily provides out-of-court legal advisory services in the corporate and private equity, M&A, energy, and non-profit sectors, as well as in commercial contracting, offering support in the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial agreements, including international contracts.

She is also involved in ordinary and interim litigation in the fields of corporate, insolvency, and banking law, assisting clients before Judicial Authorities as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures, at times acting as a civil and commercial mediator.

Having developed solid expertise in LegalTech, Martina is able to provide legal advice on the legal and regulatory issues related to crypto-assets, NFTs, and smart contracts, and more generally on digital products, tools, and services.

She obtained a Second-Level University Master’s Degree in “Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives” from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome.

She graduated in law at Università di Napoli Federico II.

She is a member of the Salerno Bar Association and is registered on the Register of Civil and Commercial Mediators held by the Italian Ministry of Justice, as well as on the Register of Insurance and Reinsurance Intermediaries.
