Gianluca Albè
Gianluca, the Firm’s Managing Partner, focuses on corporate law, handling in particular both share purchase and sale transactions and business lease transactions, as well as corporate reorganisation and commercial contracts.
He also provides corporate advisory and corporate secretarial services to entities ranging from start-ups to corporate groups, defining governance structures and managing relationships between shareholders, group companies and corporate bodies.
He advises and assists as well on commercial and business law matters, both domestic and cross-border, in particular in the fashion, oil & gas and food manufacturing sectors.
He handles contract work, in domestic and international projects, for leading Italian web agencies, as well as for SMEs in their digitalisation process.
He also assists leading companies in credit management and debt recovery activities in Italy and abroad.
He was the coordinator of the Education area of “ASLA presenta Diritto Al Futuro: The next generation of lawyers” and currently serves as coordinator of all ASLA working groups.
He has served as National Representative of AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers and currently acts as Co-Chair of the Human Rights Committee and as a member of the Extended Bureau.
He is Head of Pro Bono of the firm and also served as Secretary General of Pro Bono Italia from 2018 to 2020.
He attended the advanced course in Insolvency Law organised by JLS in Milan and the Master in Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Procedures held by the Ipsoa Training School in Milan.
He obtained a diploma from the Master in Corporate Law organised by JLS in Milan.
He successfully completed the Professional Program for Leadership and Management for Law Firms at POLIMI Graduate School of Management and, at Fordham University School of Law, the course on Structural Issues in Law Firm Management.
After the recognition of his Italian law degree as equivalent to the Spanish Licenciado en Derecho, he obtained the Máster Universitario en Abogacía from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain.
He holds a law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
He is admitted to the Milan Bar and to the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Santa Cruz de La Palma.
