Our LF provides advice and assists clients in regulating all legal aspects related to the realization of e-commerce platforms for the online sale of products and services.
With a multidisciplinary team, our LF mainly deals with the management of the following aspects:
- contractual, through the preparation of “terms and conditions of sale”, both B2B and B2C, in line with Italian and European regulations, and in particular with the Consumer Code if applicable; always focusing on the applicability, on the withdrawal and returns, as well as on the implementation of all processes that lead to the confirmation of the order and the conclusion of the agreement through the “point and click” system also;
- regarding the protection of personal data, with targeted advice aimed at fulfilling all the obligations required by the GDPR and by the regulations in force for a use of the data collected (such as, the preparation of specific policies, as well as the texts of privacy and cookie policy, the eventual carrying out of the data protection impact assessment and the definition of the privacy roles of the subjects involved in data processing);

. contracts and image support (social network, contracts for influencers and brand ambassador, releases for the use of names and images, merchandising and cobranding contracts);
. advising on the adequacy of statements and claims;
. agreements for the assignment and licensing of software and trademarks;
. advising on the choice of the brand with which to distinguish the products and services – registration of national, european and international trademarks and their protection;
