Mirella Mogavero
Attorney Mirella Mogavero has spent the majority of her professional career within the Legal Department of INPS (Italian National Social Security Institute), beginning with territorial litigation activities and progressively taking on positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately serving as General Coordinator of the Institute’s Legal Department, leading its national legal structure.
She has consistently and extensively dealt with labour law, social security and welfare law, credit management and business crisis and insolvency matters, holding direct responsibility for defining legal strategies and managing the most complex and economically significant litigation cases.
Alongside her professional practice, she has always maintained a strong commitment to legal analysis and legislative development, participating in institutional working groups and contributing to the development of innovative solutions, with particular attention to governance issues and the use of digital technologies in the legal field.
She has accepted the proposal of A&A – Albè & Associati to join the firm as Of Counsel.
She provides advisory services in employment and social security law, offering professionals the benefit of the knowledge and experience gained in managing complex litigation, business crisis proceedings and credit recovery matters.
