Elena Lomazzi

Elena deals with family law and succession, both in and out of court, and with voluntary jurisdiction proceedings concerning the status and capacity of persons.

In particular, she provides consultancy and assistance in operations for protection of family assets and succession planning, with particular regard to the establishment of trusts, property funds and agreements on the transfer of equity interests between family members.

Elena also has experience in questions regarding protection of assets of fragile subjects in application of the “Dopo di Noi” (After Us) law, an issue on which she has spoken in various conferences and seminars.

She also deals with informed consent in the health care and social assistance sectors.

She is enrolled in the School of Higher Education on Law of family relations, persons and minors – 2017/2018 period – at the AIAF – Italian Lawyers Association for the Family and Minors, of which she is a member.

In 2016 she attended the Master’s course on New Succession Law held by Prof. Albanese at Lexenia in Milan.

In 2015 she attended the Short Master in Family Procedural Law and Property Instruments in Family Law held by Altalex in Milan.

Elena graduated with full marks in law at Carlo Cattaneo University – LIUC of Castellanza (VA).

She is a member of the Bar Association of Busto Arsizio (VA).
