Federica Bottini

Federica assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and corporate contracts, both domestic and international, supporting SMEs in digitalization processes and in aligning with ESG principles.

She also provides out-of-court advisory and assistance in commercial matters.

She has developed specific expertise in supporting Third Sector entities, assisting with the drafting and review of bylaws and the management of corporate governance obligations.

She further advises on regulatory affairs, with particular focus on product compliance, including safety and labeling requirements under national and European regulations, as well as on sustainability and corporate responsibility, including in the fashion & textile sector.

She delivers training activities for companies and organizations on topics such as commercial law, Third Sector law, regulatory affairs, and ESG, and also supports clients through secondment assignments.

She obtained a diploma from the Master in Business Contract Law at Just Legal Services in Milan.

Federica graduated in law at Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Milan.
