On 16th March 2023 the Legislative Decree 10th March 2023 no. 24 has been published in the Official Journal in implementation of the European directive on whistleblowing, for the protection of people who report violations occurred in a workplace.

The obligations deriving from the legislation are many: from the identification of the subjects responsible for the management of the reports to the preparation and implementation of the related channels, from the disclosure obligations to the obligations regarding the protection of personal data, until the adaptation of the organizational models 231.
